Horrible experience. They are unprofessional and I had issues with workmanship and overall project oversight. They agreed to a lump sum contract price I a scope of work I had to put together. He then sent me change orders however could not provide me a budget for home equipment to be installed. He could not put a breakout together for my insurance company. He failed to pull electrical and plumbing permits and installed my windows against code by not installing all equipment and wrong screws. I had to have electrical and plumbing contractors fix the and correct code violations and horrible work. He did not pull permits for inspection and installed wiring in my floor and covered it up without an inspection. Poor workmanship. He walked off the job because he wanted money that was not justified and kept my lighting money I gave him and other funds not spent on project. Bad experience

Bold Homes is AMAZING !!!! Our kids bought an old home and Bold Homes made it look brand new, updating everything!!! They did new floors, new kitchen, new lighting and paint in two weeks. All before they moved in. AMAZING!!!!

This man lies and is untrustworthy..
He does not have a clue
My husband had ALS he died July 2020
He convinced me he was the right person for the grant to modify the house ..
I was duped !#!..he had 5 months all I had was a generator and he messed that up
Had to have a private company to get it working .
Everything was approved but he obviously did not have the money to do anything .
My husband passed before any more could be completed .. we bought this home in bad shape
And I am now stuck with trying to get things done slowly .
Do not use Ron Bold ..he is a smooth talker don't be deceived !
Also he installed a gate as they broke the other
I can't begin to explain the shoddy work he does
The gate is broken and I have three dogs that have escaped
He has promised to fix but never will so I have to have someone reputable fix it .
I am so up at by this company I'll never get over it .
There are many sites that wil attest to my experience ..i am reporting him as his license should be revoked .
