Bold Look Design

I received a call from BrIan after I had submitted through Angie's list needing to have my bathroom remodeled. Brian seemed pleasant and helpful. We made an appointment to see my bathroom and discuss what to do. He never showed up.....not even a phone call.

In September of 2016 I opened my home, my life and my finances to Bold Look Designs in order for them to completely renovate my home. I have never had one day of regret during the entire process. I always felt completely comfortable leaving my home to them on a daily basis and entrusting them with with my daughter, dog, home and neighborhood. I was grateful as a single parent to have a team player on my side during the difficult negotiations with the bank and the very uncomfortable process of renovation/constructions loans. In the end, I have a home that is beyond my expectations and that I enjoy every day. My home has smart space, storage, creative lines and style. Pictures can not convey how beautiful my home is after this transformation. My master suite is gives me warmth and happiness every time I enter the space. It is a pleasure to have faith and trust in Bold Look Design. My only regret is not doing this project earlier.

I can't wait to have them come back and start working on the hardscape in the backyard. Until then, I will enjoy every inch of my home.

This summer 2016 Brian, plus his excellent crew headed by Billy, built a beautiful 14' x 16' sunroom addition to our home on sono tubes. Brian designed the high pitched roof we wanted and accommodated our entire wish list. It took a reasonable two months to construct. All work is high quality with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. We are extremely happy with the finished room.
You will note our review from last summer when Brian and crew competed for our basement. Our only negative issue with that was the too long timeline. This time, the build proceeded very smoothly.

Brian was great at helping us design our kitchen which also included additional reno on an existing bathroom and opening up living room wall. He takes the time to think things through and finds the best options available.

Brian and Sean did excellent work and we are very happy with the final product.

Bold Look Design remodeled our bathroom. They did a great job, worked hard, and we are very happy with the results. Brian really listened to what we wanted and needed, was responsive, handled all necessary permitting, and was all around good to work with.

I have to give my most appreciative kudos to Brian and his crewman Alex on their work in our bathroom this past month. With the holidays looming, and visitors coming in from out of town, we were in high gear to get our bathroom remodeled and ready for the big push of the holiday, and Brian and Alex did not disappoint.
Though we ran into some unexpected obstacles with plumbing and sewage, Brian was able to push through these issues by being on site at all times to deal with the issues first hand.
All unexpected obstacles did not exceed what we were originally prepared for in regards to budget and time, and were also dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
The completed work was pristine and we couldn't have asked for a better outcome on what we envisioned versus what he and Alex were able to accomplish.
Brian was well spoken, and professional in all his dealings with us. He and Alex did not disturb our daily life routines, and treated our home with same respect I would expect they treat their own, in as much as can be expected from a in home remodel.
We have nothing but amazing things to say about his work and professional attitude, and will recommend him to anyone for home improvements for the future.

Brian and his crew went out of their way to make sure the job was done correct and beautifully. I can not complain. Yes, it took longer than the normal plan. But like any job problems do arise. But they figured out each problem in a timely manner. Even went out of their way to repair my electrical wiring so my dryer works again. They could've left a lot of the problems alone, but they treated my house as if it was their own house. I appreciate them and all the work they put into my house. Thank you Brian and Russell.
