Would not recommend for a few reasons.
1 - the proposal was not itemized. This caused 2 big problems - 1 - we could not evaluate his proposal vs others on an apples to apples basis, nor could we determine where to cut items to reduce cost and 2 - for reasons that will be more apparent in a moment - there was no check list of what was done to ensure completeness.
2 - the second issue - and this was pretty major toward the whole experience - they only accept cash. we accidentally overpaid by $500 - alot going on, it was a large dollar amount etc. He agreed that we over paid, but rather than return the money, he just kept it and sent us another invoice to justify keeping the money!
3 - he left holes in our walls - mostly around outlets. we actually avoided adding more outlets so that we would not have holes to patch. Some of the areas he left holes were where existing outlets are - so I would have expected there not to be any wall cutting needed. he just left the holes and claimed that he didn't have the supplied to fix it.
