Ben does excellent quality work, is intelligent and capable. Unfortunately he does not meet deadlines and does not manage projects efficiently. Has one or two workers partial days. His painter took almost a month to paint a 3-bedroom house interior, despite requests to please complete the work and promises that the job would take "two more weeks."
