The said contractor was hired to perform the contracted job as listed in the contract agreement signed by the contractor and me on 9/29/21. The contractor asked for more than 50 % upfront payment before starting the work. There was a deadline to complete by 10/23/21 but the contractor did not finish the work and did not show up. He also threatened me and extorted more money for additional work that was done without my knowledge on consultation. DONT HIRE HIM. He will promise to do the work and take the money but will never finish it.

Exact same experience as the other review here. Took my money and disappeared. Left a mess. Very unprofessional. I'm out $7k but will be seeing Matt in court.
