We bought our home in Bothell WA in march 2020. It was built in 2019. We love our house but having said that we have to regularly contact them for faulty microwave, security system and first floor doors (which needs to be pulled apart to fix the alignment). The aforementioned problems, specially the last defeats the purpose of buying a new home.
