Bonterre Green made a positive initial contact. Then missed the scheduled meeting to go over the project in detail.
I then saw via web that they were no longer available for this project. Poor communication from this contractor.Response from Bonterre Green LLC June 18, 2020Fact is that you never returned our call when we were at your job site. We waited over 30 minutes for you to call or show up. No matter, you could have contacted us to see why we are not where you think we should be.

They did a great job extending our deck. They were clean, efficient, polite and their work was excellent. The problem we had was confusion about having them construct and install our built-in grill. We have hired a different company to do this part. It might be poor communication by us, but I don’t think so because they opted not to do it after they brought a grill and we explained it wasnt what we wanted.
