Once I paid them in full, they had to return in order to complete some work on a gable end where my a/c system was covering part of that gable end. Once the a/c contractor had completed his work, Floyd returned to add some flashing, but did a rather poor job of it. Subsequent attempts to reach him and get the problem corrected have been unsuccessful. I now have a house full of mold due to the fact the the roof leaks and the a/c system is full of water. I truly regret my decision to hire this contractor and would strongly recommend against anyone else hiring him.
