Sterling Renovations was hired to remodel our home and add a garage. They did work without pulling permits on the house and ruined 3000 sq of tile grout which had to be cleaned, and completed by another tile contractor. Sterling was fired after the discovery of funds misappropriation, illegal dumping on the property, and failing the city required grading inspection. He also did not pay his suppliers even when we paid him. I have contacted 3 other clients of Sterling Renovations who have had similar experiences We are currently working with my lawyer on litigation options. Dont use these people.
