    Due to a popped circuit breaker, rewire an upstairs bathroom and stairwell switch and run a line bet

    I give my highest personal recommendation for Bordwell Electrical Contracting Service; not something I am often compelled to do. They ARE that good! One of the circuit breakers blew and would not reset. The bathroom and stairwell lights were out. I placed an urgent call to BEC Electric on Friday evening. They happened to be passing through my neighborhood on the way to another customer and were willing to stop by to determine the problem. In a very short time (evidence that David Bordwell is indeed a Master Electrician), the bathroom lights were operational. They had to continue on to the original customer, but in a reasonable time returned to address the stairwell light issue. This was not as easy a task, as it required going into the attic and feeding a line between the bathroom and stairwell switches. For both switchboxes, they had perfect aim and drilled an opening for the new line (NOT an easy achievement). The job was completed much faster, and far LESS expensive than expected for that kind of service and expertise. I will indeed specifically seek out BEC Electrical for any future electrical tasks. Here's the bottom line: 1) Willing to fit you in to their already very busy schedule 2) Very fast, due to extensive expertise 3) Considerate (cordial and paid attention to cleanup afterwards), and 4) A true value for the level of customer service provided. A true 5-Star contractor!

    I do like the fact the he also installed ceiling fan that not part of the basement project. However, in the basement when the electrical work was done, all of the light switches are above the average height. They're higher than normal. I dont like that. Im satisfied with the work that they've done except for the fact that the light switches that they put in are much higher than usual. The normal that I am used to are below your shoulder, these are at my shoulder. They maybe a tall individual, it might have been appropriate for him but not myself. They can improve on just a little communication with people that are not experienced in instruction.

    They were always on time. They kind of went above and beyond as far as doing all the work and assuring us all the work that they're doing and being very clear with what needed to be done. There were no surprises in their work, they gave us their estimates and went on from there.
