Terrible experience. He ended up breaking my water softener valve which eventually flooded my basement. He inspected my sewer line with a camera and told me there was a clog on the side of my yard that the sewer line didn't even run through and told me he could excavated and fix it for several thousand dollars (the plumbers that knew what they were doing showed me exactly where the line ran on the complete opposite side of my front lawn. He charged me $300 for the camera inspection which I paid with a check that day and sent the bill months later saying he only charged me $200. I'm grateful that I paid with a check and could turn it in correctly to insurance. And really appreciative of the actual honest plumbers in the area that knew what they were doing and could properly diagnosis and fix my entire sewer line.
