    I would give this contractor negative 5 stars if possible. He ended up costing us money to fix his mistakes, did not finish his projects we contracted for, would not answer phone calls texts or emails. Lied about what he was doing, and when he would do it, and tried to charge us 4K to fix a mistake he made. I ended up having to pay another company 1k to fix it. Do not use this service or his permitting services. If you use his permitting services you will end up doing everything your self anyway. Found out later the mistake he made on the dig out for the foundation was not his first time he made the mistake and he did not take responsibility for the first time either. If you have already hired this guy I suggest firing him now if you want your project to finish on time and on budget

    Work on our new home construction

    My experience with Bosco Construction is terrible. He did not respond to our numerous emails and phone calls. He passes the buck to whomever and lies through his teeth as to when he will back on the job. Shoddy work and empty promises. We have now had to hire some to fix and repair the crappy job he did. Loser.
