I don't think the above review is fair because it does not rate his work. I can't account for the mixup but Pat has done 3 floors for us and we're very happy with his work. Ours is an old house (Maywood, NJ) with many irregularities and obsolete standards. Pat works hard, fast and he is "dust free," as advertised. Reasonable prices too.

He is not to be trusted. Although he came quickly to give me a thorough estimate and explanation of the job, after I booked him and we put the dates on the calendar he was to come, he never showed up or called. I tried 4 times to call him to find out what happened, but he never did me the courtesy of a return call. Why even bother to do business with someone like that when there are so many other contractors out there???

Same as above. Came in March for an estimate and put us on the calendar for June. Never showed up. We called and texted him a few times. Kept saying I will get back to you but never did. Now not answering our calls. Very disappointed as we have used him in the past.
