So this is an update from my previous review several months ago. The rating has been increased from 1 to 2 stars because finally after 1 year of fighting Mirza Berhamovic with Bos'ero Homes to either do the work or give us our money back we finally got a refund last week. This come after filing a small claims lawsuit which he dodged the summons for and never acknowledged and a consumer fraud claim with Idaho district attorney which he also avoided and never responded to. We also recently hired another company to do his job and found our exact carpet we needed at the same store we purchased from when replaced the carpet in half our house 2.5 years ago after a flood. Mirza claimed that he could not find the carpet anywhere and said it had to be special ordered from California. Overall this has been a terrible experience and I only increase the rating to 2 stars because at least we got our money back albeit 1 year later.

One of the worst experiences / decisions ever. This contractor took money to repair my house after a water leak. They did some of the job and then stopped working and gave me the runaround repeatedly about when they were coming to finish the work. They finally stopped contacting me all together and I ended up having to pay out of pocket ($2000) to have a local company install flooring and reset kitchen appliances. They left bags of trash, scraps and lots of materials in my carport that I had to have removed. I am a 77 year old senior who was undergoing treatment for cancer at the time so I didn't need the extra stress and expense created by this experience. I would not recommend this company.

Unfortunately I would NOT suggest you contact this company- terrible communication, promising several time, no follow through and asked for 50% deposit on labor, cancelled 2 times to start a project, and i had to write his work order as it didnt even list his work to complete and had no price! unbelievable. I went to another reputable contractor, who said they are also trying to fix some of this companies poor work on jobs. I hope they can get it together to stay in business.

Mirza has done work for mr in the past with no problems. I hired him again this past September and trusted him and paid ahead of time. BAD DECISION! As of yet NO WORK DONE AND NO REFUND. AS OF YET! I filed with BBB and Idaho Attorneys office and HE WILL NOT RESPOND TO THEM. HE IS A CROOK, THIEF AND LIAR. I am presently going through cancer treatments and have NUMEROUS times asked for my money back, as I have medical Bill's to pay
STILL NOTHING BUT FALSE PROMISES! He will not even return my calls. He is a POS & HORRIBLE PERSON!
