  roof, deck, master suite

  We initially went w/ BOSOX because it was a family business. Hired for a simple flat roof repair and instillation of a deck over the roof. We were very happy w/ them and decided to hire them to do our master bath. Again, happy w/ the outcome but still needed some punch work done. In the meantime we decided to do another expansion to the growing master suite project, and renovated the master closet. Walls removed, ceilings repaired, Box cabinets were built in and painted. We wanted door and drawer fronts on all of the openings to make it appear clean and fiinished. Don came out a couple of times to measure and his uncles were going to make the doors and drawers locally. A few months later we are still w/o the door or drawers. Called Nathan several times to get an update. finally, months later I was told the doors and drawers were being shipped from CA. All along we were simultaneously looking for flooring. When it came to the flooring Nathan tried pushing a product which was nice but not what we were looking for. By this time we are in the middle of the pandemic. Stuff was hard to come by in general and since we were happy w/ the work thus far, allowed for the benefit of the doubt and let the project ride. We have been waiting for a call back from BOSOX for months. I text Nathan and Don asking where we were. Nathan text back that the doors and drawers were in and painted, and the carpet we decided on was back ordered. I called Lowes where the carpet was coming from and was told the special order carpet is 60-90 days. Again, middle of the pandemic. But, since the millwork was in for the cabinets can we get them installed. His reply was "Absolutely" I asked, "When" Crickets.... that was the last I heard from BOSOX.. So much like the story from Jackie O. Nov 2021, i am out over $10,000.00

  Kitchen and bath remodel and tile floors

  NEVER hire Bosox Builders, NATHAN WINE! or DON ECKLINGER. I hired and paid almost $50,000 to them for remodel in kitchen and bath nearly a year ago. Cabinet facings were never ordered for the boxes built in kitchen afterwards lying and saying they were. My master bath is still torn up and unusable. Neither man will answer his phone. They say they are out of business. They have several lawsuits out against them, WARNING!

  Renovation and room addition

  $150,000

  I would recommend that you stay far away from this contractor. We have been trying to get a job completed for over 2 years now, with many excuses on why they can not do their job. Recently they have told us that they have run out of money and that they can not finish the job or refund us our money. Look at Orange and Seminole county clerk of courts they have 3 people suing them at the moment. They told us to get in line for suing them.

  Floors

  Joe & Nathan @ BoSox are terrific!
  I was moving into a new home which had carpet in all the bedrooms and I didn't want to move in until the carpets were replaced. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted and then Nathan introduced me to vinyl plank. My floors are gorgeous and the stairs came out so much better than I had imagined. Their attention to detail is impeccable.
  I will definitely call them again for ALL future remodeling projects!

  My wife and I used Bosox Builders for our kitchen remodel and we couldn't be happier with the results. They far exceeded our expectations. The quality of work was fantastic. We had everything done custom in beautiful cherry wood which was complemented by tile backsplash with a designs that were done by hand. We had custom cherry wall paneling with many different details. put in around our center island and large wrap around bar stool high counter top with. Excellent job and I can't thank Don and his team enough. The kitchen is beautiful!!!!

  We were taken by this contractor. No warranty or good faith effort to correct deficiencies. This contractor replaced our existing fence (which lasted for over 20 years, with an inferior, low quality fence. Wood was not prepared, and possibility exposed to water damage prior to installing; it was left bare and exposed for a very long time "to dry" and now after a couple of years, what was suppose to be a 20 year fence all all rotted and broken down; popping out nails, bowing and cracking wood, and worse of all ROT. Most if not all of the support beams were NOT installed with concrete which was revealed after IRMA; leaning fences, broken wood from just wind.
