  Paint inside and outside

  This contractor and painter is awesome. He did my mothers a while ago and did a great job. He has also done some jobs for friends of mine and they have been awesome. Obviously the complaint above is lame, if you have asthma you should be smart to know not to be home or not to come home . Also for that matter my sister has asthma and paint splatters do not affect it, this is a joke. The only painting that would affect asthma is indoor spray paint

  scrub the walls, paint all walls, ceiling, cabinets upstairs, taping off securely & protecting my $$

  Kenny is unprofessional. At best, he misrepresented what he was going to do (ie, be on the job sight daily to supervise, to protect my brand new, expensive, carpeting with 'thick resin paper", and to be very mindful of paint splatters because of my asthma, and the fact that I wanted to have a home with professional looking pain. Kenny was NOT on the job sight he allowed some unlicensed, sloppy guy to make a mess of my $$$ job! I was not ling in the unit at the time to observe what was going on; I can't be in a home during any kind of contractor work. Kenny lied about his wife TSPing the walls! (Not sure what his attractive, nice wife sees in this boarish, 'shoddy' contractor; who takes your money and cuts every corner...I received an extensive report of the defects of Kenny's 'work" from a highly rated, 5 star company. It was appalling! the work would cost $2,000 -- just to fix Kenny's substandard job! This is outrageous..More so, just getting Kenny to call me back with my concerns was a huge hassle (you know it feels when you shell out big bucks, & then you have to *chase* after the contractor just to call you back. when Kenny finally did, he yelled at me for 43 seconds in front of a witness when I was being take to Los Angles for a medical procedure! (I have a notarized statement form her). She told me that i needed to "relax", so she had me hang up on the abusive Mr. Kenny Boswell. I had been reaching out to him to give him every opportunity to make it right!!! I sent him over two dozen pictures of obvious damage he caused by allowing an unlicensed contractor to work for peanuts under his license while Kenny was off doing other things...Worst of all, Kenny ruined my new, expensive, pristine carpeting!!! He or his guy spill *teal* paint all over the stairs, and areas in the dining room...As well as the stairs going upstairs. They even splashed it on some of the white walls!!! Simply unbelievable. When Kenny finally came out (allegedly to try to rectify his many mistakes), he was extremely defensive -- and again yelled at me, *in front of two witnesses and a security camera!!!!* (I have the footage). He should not be able to be licensed. I am going to file a formal complaint with the Board the govern him. AllKenny did was lie, blame, and refuse to even read my Trustee's demand letter - which was simply outlining all his mistake,s and requesting a fix, or the money to fix it with a reputable company. There is a reason why Kenny has no Yelp presence! folks, be warned when a messy painter plays nice just to get the job....And demand a walk thru of longer than 7 minutes!
