    Build a new home

    Once this builder is done collecting your money, forget about anything that is wrong with your house being corrected. And no matter what else you do to try and protect your interests, never believe a single date of estimated completion regardless of the work being done at the time. At a minimum, double the length of time you are told and you just might be safe some of the time.
