Rough-in plumbing job for my new construction home. When completing the tub/shower I discovered he installed the valve upside down. He indicated he would fix it but didn't show up for 2 scheduled appointments. He eventually started ignoring my calls and texts. I had to pay someone else to correct the work he was paid to do. He also failed the rough-in inspection due to leaking drain pipe. He did fix that issue (since he hadn't been paid yet) but still is a red flag because anyone can cement pvc without a leak, let alone a 'professional'. Save yourself the headedache and select any of the other hundreds of plumbers available in the area.
