    Jeff Bowers of Bowers Construction was difficult to deal with. He makes a lot of promises, but works at not writing anything down so he can deny what he promised. Whenever you build a house, you need to push to get everything in writing and watch everything. Bowers is no different. The frustrating thing is he seems to use inferior products. (Our bathtub in the extra bath was craking within 8 months!) He doesn't return calls, which is also frustrating. Therefore it is difficult to address any issues in a timely manner, by the time you track him down you've been trying to resolve the issue for weeks. Simple issues become huge deals because you've had to call numerous times and visit the office several times. Usually, you only get to resolve the issue when you run into Jeff or a supervisor in person....He built our house, he built my partner's house, and he remodelled the office I work in. Everyone in all three projects describe the same frustrations and problems. I would NOT recommend Bowers Construction to ANYONE.

    After our house burned Jeff Bowers came to see if he could help. He did help and we ended up hiring him to build us a new home. Fantastic job, in record time, no hastles. He handled every detail. We could not be happier. We recommend Bowers Construction.
