verify work with a detailed contract, including certificate of insurance, notice of commencement, permit evidence, and warranty. I have experience none of the above with disjointed and inferior work. I had to consult with legal to have the company reimburse deposit money that was unused. Don't release money until until work is initiated and reviewed.

buyer beware. Bowk's business practices are questionable as are their labors. There efforts are disjointed and drawn out. I have requested reimbursement of deposit money for work that is not accomplished. I was refused detail for reasons for retention. There is no transparency for their estimates or warranty for their labors. I am forced to go the legal route.

We had our roof done recently with Bowk construction they’re very professional and John kept us to speed every step of the way.John went above and beyond to make sure it went as smoothly as possible the roof and gutters and chimney look amazing thanks John and Bowk construction for a job well done.

My wife and I were not planning to replace my roof at the time we did, but we knew we needed to do so because the roof was more than 20 years old. Our insurance company made the decision for us in that they told us they would cancel our coverage if we did not promptly replace the roof. I called several companies for estimates and Bowk Construction gave us the best price for what we wanted. Eric was extremely helpful in explaining all aspects of replacing the roof and what the new roof would be. Our roof was replaced, including several sections of the sheeting and was brought up to Dade County Wind Standards. We had a large roof so the job took several days, which I expected. Rain also was a problem for the completion of the job. The crew that was sent to do the job was very pleasant and even took the time to answer questions I had of them while they were working. I was thankful that we had the roof done when we did (albeit with prompting from our insurance company), because a month and a half later Hurricane Matthew came right over us. Winds in our area were in excess of 100 miles per hour and the roof performed very well. I have recommended Bowk Construction to several friends and will continue to do so. Good job guys!!

The BEST Roofers around!!!!! Not only did they do a fabulous job on replacing our roof, but they helped us in a huge way! They are affordable, friendly, and professional. We were in a situation of our insurance changing. Before we our new insurance would take over, the new roof had to be done. We were scheduled for September but they understood our plight and pushed us up to accommodate the insurance company's demand. THANK YOU!!!!!!

I was very pleased with the service provided by this company. Eric was very helpful, he gave me a quote on my roof for my vacation home in Orlando & I was absolutely blown away. The price I was giving was almost HALF of the prices I had been given by several other roofing Companies. He helped me and my husband make informed decisions with our roofs and taught us a couple things we did not know. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Eric and his crew did a great job roofing our house after hurricane Irma. They started and finished the job within the time frame that we agreed on. Our roof was finished less than 3 weeks after Irma. Eric always answered his phone right away or within minutes of our call. It was a pleasure working with him and we would highly recommend him.

I believe the roof of my detached garage was hit by lightning. Some soffits from the side of the garage were blown out and same with the back side of the garage and part of the frame that holds it up was bent down and out. Eric was able to fit me in his incredibly busy schedule to check out the roof. He climbed to the roof and inspected it and to my immense relief, there was no damage but to the soffits. I had done some research on roofs and had quite a few questions which he patiently and honestly answered as he secured the tiles back into place. There was some other damage electrically to the garage and he gave me a referral to someone to take a look at this as well. When all was done and said, he didn't charge me. How could I not let everyone know that even though there may not have been much damage at all, he still took the time to come out and check and fix what was wrong and also give me good and honest information on what I had read in articles about replacing roofs. He was so professional and kind. He acts and represents how I believe business used to be and should be. Great job, honest, professional and easy/comfortable to work with instead of quick jobs, being a number, and scams.
I do plan to replace the roof in the future and will definitely only call Bowk Construction Inc. And so should you!
