I do not recommend rich! Done a new addition onto my house the floors are off 3 inches from level. I kid you not the roof is off out of square by 5.250 inches. I have to have another new roof put on because where they tied into existing structure they did not over lap the shingles enough causing leak in my kitchen. Had new metal roof installed and that's when we discovered garage out of square. Drywall on ceiling cracked on all the long seams and while putting on new roof we found that they didn't leave a gap at the roof vent so the attic could breathe. I will never let him step foot on my property again. He was also over a month late on completion casing first set of shingles to blow off because they didn't have enough time to seal. Hired on last week of August and he completed day before Thanksgiving.
