I worked for a property company for 12 years in Sioux City. Someone recommended Bowman roofing and I contacted him for a bid on one of our contract homes. He came to look at it when he said he would, asked questions about what exactly I wanted, had me look at some things that were a concern of his and gave me a reasonable quote. I was very happy with his work and used him exclusively for 12 years. He did at least 25 roofs for me during that time, always following through with what ever he told me he would do. If he found that there was a problem he had not anticipated or quoted, he always immediately called me to explain it and ask how I wanted to handle it. I crawled up on more than 1 roof so he could show me something, and he was always very patient with my questions. One time, one of his guys dropped some hot shingles onto a rose bush at a house he was doing. I called him, and he immediately asked what color rose bush I wanted, and it was delivered that day. After installing a roof in December, the following summer a small leak on the porch was noticed. He came out the same day I called to fix it. He guarantees his work, and has honored that guarantee every time. I have recommended him to several friends who all were very happy with him, and had him do our own roof after a recent hail storm. I trust his work and his word.
