    Home Construction

    Yvette and team did an awesome job building our lake home on Lake Conroe. Highly recommend them as they did an excellent job helping us find a lot to build on, design our home, and then construct the home. We were slightly over budget, but only because of material price increases in this crazy market which were out of builders control and additions that we added to the home during construction. I was most impressed with the quality of contractors that work for Schenck Builders. Most of the contractors have worked for them for years and their knowledge and professionalism really paid off in cost control and quality of build.

    Custom Built home
    $465,000

    Yvette and her team are top notch. They communicate well and stay on top of every detail. I have read other reviews and personally, building a home is a "collaborative and cooperative" process. We have built 3 other homes and we know the difference that having an engaged Principal involved in the process makes. The Customer needs to stay as engaged as the builder to make things perfect. I highly recommend Schenck Builders to "educated buyers"!

    Build a custom home

    Schenck Builders built our home on Lake Conroe, TX January 2021. We are extremely disappointed especially when it came down to the budget. We would not recommend them as a builder.

    Schenck Builders was extremely disappointing to work with on our custom home build. I would not recommend them to build a custom home.

    Build custom 6000 sq ft home

    Schenck builders did an amazing job building our 6000 sq ft home! They are a true custom builder. They helped with the architectural and interior design of the house. We have built two other houses prior to this one in this was by far the easiest Builder to work with. Everything that we discussed was up front and if there was any issues they work out everything with us. I would highly recommend them as a custom builder if that's what you're looking for.
