In 2002, we doubled the size of our house in Webster Groves. We added a total of 2000 sq ft. We added Master Suite with large closet and full bath. Moved laundry to 2nd floor, new enlarged kitchen with walk thru butlers pantry, large family room and two decks. We loved her plan because the finished addition blended seamlessly with old house. I would rate it a 10.
