The worst experience ever. Their billing is illiterate and they add 20% onto things that they do themselves. Absolutely no follow up after tons of calls and emails. It’s now May, 2018 and this project of about 150K was started in Aug, 2015. The bead board ceiling has separated and is buckling, Hvac installed wrong, paint job is crap and on and on and on. Next stop...sue. I gave them a ridiculous amount of time to follow up and make good.

I had Boyce Custom Carpentry do for work for me. And thought they where very good and went over everything. Both owners where there on meetings and called and emailed me back. They had the job done before scheduled and all the men that worked on my multi million dollar home where really nice. i rate them a five star company and will recommend them to anyone.

This have to be the biggest joke of a carpentry company I have ever seen. I have seen Hurricane rated items installed With no regard to proper installation procedures. This company is full of safety violations. If you want to get ripped off and be lied to, give Dennis a call.

The contractor flaked on us at the last minute leaving us to scramble to get a new subcontractor for a multimillion dollar custom home. The owner Dennis never calls you back and didn't even show up on a scheduled site meeting without even a phone call.

We hired Boyce to repair/replace fascia on our town home. They wanted to do time and materials, we advised them we would NOT give them an open checkbook and that we wanted an estimate. Matt from Boyce said "I can't imagine it will cost over eight thousand dollars, therefore, we gave the okay. In the mean time we also ask for a quote to re-side and paint our townhome.
When the fascia was finished we received a bill for TWENTY ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS"!!!!! When we called to discuss this huge discrepancy, they were rude and basically said, pay your bill. We then received a threat to "place a lean against our property" if the bill was not
paid, immediately!
Boyce also destroyed our rain gutters while working on the fascia. They will NOT respond to our claims and have simply left us at a loss for their destruction of the gutters! Other contractors have tried to contact them in this regard, on our behalf, and again, Boyce ignores their calls, also. I still have the destroyed rain gutters and pictures of such for proof.
While repairing the fascia near our synthetic deck, Boyce used scaffolding and did not protect the deck and scratched and gouged the decking material. They deny this also, even though our neighbor took pictures of them!
In regards to the siding quote, Boyce gave us a quote for $88,748 for the siding and this DID NOT include painting! We had another contractor do the job that INCLUDED painting for $35,000!!!!!
This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my 35 plus years coming to Florida! They are dishonest, unprofessional, rude, and I believe their goal is to simply rape their clients for as much money as they can get away with. We live on a small island and others have hired and experienced the same thing with Boyce. There is talk about a class action law suit against them, currently.
