    New home construction

    He builds a good house. He made all the changes we requested when building the house that we paid in advance to have completed. However, our problems began when we tried to get our yearly walk through in March 2019. He finally showed up in April 2019. There are still several items that need to be addressed and he has not responded to any of our messages in the last 9 months. He is not good at all with communicating and will probably have to pay out of pocket to have these things fixed. So, while he builds a good home his integrity in following up is terrible. We would not recommend Boyce Custom Homes as a builder. He does not stand behind his product.
