Quite literally the worst company I have ever worked with for anything in my whole life!! Unfortunately, I had to work with them because they were assigned through my home insurance. I think this company exists only to scam insurance companies and extend cases as long as possible. My ordeal with them lasted 5 months to fix a dishwasher issue. They visited the property 4 times, yet the issue remained unresolved, forcing me to switch to another vendor.

They would pull stunts like telling me to pull and disconnect the dishwasher for them, or else they wouldn't show up to replace the parts. After installing the part, they wouldn't even bother to plug everything back in and test if it worked. They simply left, telling me to call the insurance company because their job "is only to replace the part." And good luck trying to contact anyone at this company.

This is the worst company !!! You need your AC to work do not let these people come to your home. Only reason they have one star is because you can’t give zero stars. We started the process to repair our AC with this company in May 2022 in the 100 degree Texas summer heat arriving early. They told us our condenser need to be replaced it took 8 weeks to get the part. They installed it let and the system still did not work we called them back out they left with not telling us what need to be done then after waiting two weeks for a call we called them …. Then they said they would call us back waitress two days by this time it is October 2022 .. called again and was told our unit inside need to be cleaned. At this point I was fed up with this company so I called Capital Air and they came out next day to clean our inside unit and told us that is not the problem the problem is the inside unit is not compatible with the unit they in stalled outside. …… if you want your AC to work CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did not examine dishwasher - did not provide a solution - charged for 3 hours time when they barely stayed 3 minutes - said that there wasn't a problem.

I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for them to work with my home warranty company to get repairs done to a broken ac during triple digit heat. I have called this company numerous times for status updates and pleas for them to get work done, after almost 3 weeks of this they finally called me back to schedule an appointment. When I asked if this meant they had finally submitted all of the paperwork the warranty company required the lady in the line, who had been the only person I've ever been able to speak with every time I called said, "Oh, have we worked with you before? I had no idea we were waiting on anything." Even though both I and the warranty company had called previously, and spoken with her.
Steinocher Heating & Air are as incompetent and as incapable as they come.

we have been witouth AC in 110 degree weather for 4 weeks, we started this process on june 7th..... we call and call and call and between the service provider and fidelity pointing fingers at each other we are no closer to getting this resolved. this is the worst company i have ever dealt with.. we are filing a claim against both Fidelity and steinocher heating and air in austin texas ... this is a disgusting way to treat a client who has paid for their services. DO NOT USE EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES... JUST READ THE REVIEWS BOTH COMPANIES ARE CITED IN THEM... ITS ALL TRUE - HEY FOLKS ANYONE ONE ON HERE WANT TO GET TOGETHER FOR CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT? WE WANT OUR WARRANTY MONEY REFUNDED AS WELL AS THEM STOPPED FROM DOING THIS TO OTHERS. COPYING THIS TO FIDELITY AS WELL.

On my 1st posted review I mistakely stated Steinocher Heating & Air provided excellent customer service. Background: My AC was not cooling. Steinocher Heating & Air responded to my 1st American warranty work order. The technician (JR) called prior to arriving. One he troubleshot the issue, he took his time explaining to me what was going on and how the problem was going to be fixed.
On the initial visit I was very satisfied with Steinocher Heating & Air. Things changed. They began lying about what they were going to do and kept delaying fixing the problem for 2 weeks while blaming 1st American – this was a lie! Talked to 1st American and we both agreed to dismiss Steinocher Heating & Air and hire a more reputable contractor. My advice - stay away from Steinocher Heating & Air!

Our air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air. We called another company and they said we need a whole new unit. They said it would be $6500. We called Boychuk Heating & Air out for a second opinion. They were able to fix our unit and said it did not need replaced. It only cost us $200 and that included labor. So glad we got a second opinion

Very professional and friendly. They installed a new AC unit in my house and did a great job. Very fast and efficient. Texas heat can be unbearable. So glad I came across them.
