I asked for updated kitchen refinish cabinets, laminate floor replaced install single stainless steel sink instead of double porcelain sinl from original owner. He walked me through the price and no presdure to purchase things out of my price range. Very happy now i have my style along with no longer needing a stool to reach in my cabinet. Thank you Mr. Boyd
