Do not trust this man! He comes off very friendly and knowledgeable and he seems trustworthy. When it comes to small jobs like a small deck or porch steps he is good on that. I think his problem is he bites off more than he can chew and does not do the work properly and just kind of fixes things to look nice.
I hired him for a paint job and flooring and some little things and got hustled. 1. The paint job was horrible and there were drip spots everywhere 2. He does not prep and tape off to paint and claims he can do it by eye. 3. There was paint spots on the ceiling and floor. 4. Anything he sparkles he did not sand down at all and it all came through. 5. He does not organize well and will work an hour and then leave and go to another one of his jobs. 6. He got an election to install new lights which required more spackling and paint. 7 He is not the type who takes criticism well and makes threats. 8. Most of his work is in Maryland but he is not a licensed contractor in MD and puts a fake contractor number on his. Signs which is scary because you can only sue him which can take years and years to collect.
