No,they do not back up their promise, the will not help in anyway. Also ,I would never by a pool heater off of Sam,they are junk, won't backup the warranty. Had the heater for two months, leaks. It is. Raypak heater, they won't help get the problem resolved. Very unhappy with. Sam and Raypak. Never would deal with them again.

Well I purchased my pool in June 2017 from BPI. I spent 5,200.00 keep in mind this was a "Memorial Day Sale" half off 24 foot round 4 foot deep. I was amazed of how fast they put it together 6hrs (also filled with water) with only two men.

I contacted Sam right away due to the lumps, divots, and sharp objects under my pool liner. Sam sent someone out on Fathers Day morning 7:30 Am. (We were not happy about that as we had company coming that day.) This man walked around inside my pool stepping down the lumps. Saying how the pool should not have these types of issues. Needless to say when he left 1 hour later the pool still had the same issues. We called Sam back to report that the pool still had sharp objects, divots, and lumps under the bottom of the liner. Sam responded by saying that after the winter season the lumps, divots would go away. (What about the Sharp objects?) Weekly (all summer) we had to add water to this pool. I thought well maybe the warm weather evaporated the water, but I live in Crawford County we did not have Arizona heat this summer. Due to adding all of the water from my well weekly I battled it with chemicals to keep it in balance. Mind you still adding water as the up graded pump would not run properly if we didn't (due to loss of water) We finally (the end of July) decided to close it up for winter. We bought an extra package (of course) to not have to drain it for the weatherization process. We button it up, and two weeks went by. Mind you we had NO Rain for weeks. Beside the pool is wet, so we investigated pulled the winter cover back ( the water level was down 5 inches). Called Sam told him "hey this pool must be leaking as it is wet and we have had no rain. SO he said go ahead and mark the liner and check again. Well a week and 3 days later the level dropped atleast 2 inches if not more. Tried to call Sam back "No answer" tried him twice "No Answer" called one of the men who came and sold the pool to us "Jim" . Told Jim about the whole pool ordeal and told him we need to get this taken care of soon. Jim assured us he would call us back "No call back". I left messages for Sam "No call back" I have had this pool 4 months and swam in it for what maybe 2 months. Not happy at all, not for spending 5200.00 dollars. I was told if something was needed they would make this right and I cannot even get a phone call. SO my review is well this is not worth the money if you ask me! I am unsatisfied and at this point want my money back.

PLEASE CALL ME BACK SAM AS I NEED TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO AS WINTER APPROACHES AND THE POOL HAS A HOLE IN IT.
