I wish zero were an option. It was because of gross negligence of this "professional" that I have to worry about my family's health and well being over Christmas. Unprofessionalism at its finest. Left my home a cess pool of human waste, mud, and caustic lime. I tried to be understanding, but its hard when you have such an inconsiderate, unprofessional, and downright neglectful "licensed" plumber, who claims he "follows codes". Im not convinced he can even read them, let alone practice within them.
