In May of 2018 Brackert Construction received a permit and replaced the roof on my home. In late 2020, I was changing my homeowners insurance. In collecting the data required for my new insurance I discovered they had never filed the notice of commencement or acquired a final inspection. It took a while to trace them down. The address and phone info on file was incorrect. I talked to the owner a few times and he assured me that he would take care of it. Months later he is not answering my calls or responding to messages left.
