I can not show enough gratitude for Mr. Fritz and his team. He really helped me out when I was in a tough situation after my kitchen cought on fire. My family and myself experienced a severe devastation and Brad was so comforting. Thank you so much.

The project went ok however there wasn't good two-way communication. We had several surprises hit us which caused some scurrying to get materials at the last minute. One kitchen appliance wasn't installed correctly and has caused repeated problems. We finally had to pay out of pocket to get someone who knew how to install dishwashers to fix the problem. There were promises made and not followed up on, which was a big disappointment. Finally, after about a year and a half, we still do not have window latches on kitchen windows. I guess we will have to order them ourselves and pay out of pocket again. Word to the wise: DON'T pay any final payments until after the business inspection and you have thoroughly gone over your remodel space.

Worst experience of my life. Said he had a permit to remodel my bathroom and I found out later he never applied for one. And, I discovered after the fact that he was working on my house without a contractor’s license. His subs all did shoddy work. The painter didn’t bother to pill little nails out of walls. He just painted over them. Tile contractor was a total botch job. You almost twist an ankle walking on his bathroom floor. Electrician didn’t connect ground wire on at least one outlet. For some reason Brad drew pencil marks in tile grout lines that were never repaired. I have to look at this crappy wotk every day. It’s a constant reminder that I should have fired him when the hardwood floor guy produced a wavy floor. That was at the beginning of a multi-year nightmare. Hindsight is 20-20. Be forewarned. Don’t get duped by this guy.
