I’m pretty sure Brad is out of business but just in case he isn’t I can hopefully stop some other people from him destroying their homes and leaving you with unfinished work that you have to pay someone else to finish after he’s been paid in full. Brad is incredibly lazy, he never show up on time or even at all really. He takes half a year to do a job he said would take a month. He will leave your home an absolute wreck because he refuses to clean up after his own mess. He will break everything in his path. He won’t finish the work he was contracted for. None of my appliance work since Brad showed up either. Cost to correct his mistakes will be$30,000-$50,000. He told me won’t be coming back to my job even though he has been paid in full and then starts talking crap like he wants to fight me because he thinks he’s a tough guy. Worst contractor out there.
