Totally disappointed. Patio cover built four years ago and they failed to get the final inspection. When confronted with the issue that they failed to obtain an approved permit, they indicated the cost for the plans and permits would be $700. At first they indicated a compromise that if I paid for the refiling of the permit they would provide all the documentation needed. After about four months, they insisted to pay them the entire $700 or don't get the permit. Only issue, without a permit I would most likely have to discount the sale price of my home when I went to sell it. Bottom line is that I feel due to their incompetence to follow-through it ended up costing me $700. I would consider other vendors as they did not stand behind their workmanship or their responsibility of providing an approved permit.
