I contracted Braddock Construction to replace my old unlevel, non-flat basement slab with a new one. Unfortunately, he was not able to make the new concrete basement slab level nor flat. I would have been better off hiring a contractor to level my old basement slab rather than just replacing old concrete with new concrete! Furtheremore, they were very careless working in my home. They allowed water to run into another room and ruin the vinyl tiles. They splattered my white wall paper with wet concrete. They opened door to upstairs and allowed dust cloud to cover everything.
