Brad Swisher has just completed building our new home here in the Stoneridge community of Prescott Valley, AZ. If I could give him 5 additional stars to the rating I would do so. We watched the house progress from just after it was framed to completion and I have never known a builder to put so much personal time and effort into building a single dwelling. For the past three months he was onsite nearly every day, for most of the day, demanding only the highest quality from the crews. He is also very 'hands on' and did a lot of the detail work himself. Brad and his designer wife, Pam, were very easy to work with in choosing such details as lights, tile, paint colors, etc. Finally, Brad encouraged us view every step of the completion and to let him know if ANYTHING was not up to our expectation. Anyone who wants a top quality home built with minimum stress won't be disappointed in a Braden Home.
