In Dec of 22 Bradford's replaced my programmable thermostat that had gone bad. He told me he would get me one as close as he could to the one I had........NOPE not even close. While he was installing it. I ask if he was going to fix it to where it could be programmed and He said NO. I DON'T DO THAT!!!!. WHAT?? So he left me here with no way to program a $450 thermostat. I called another company to come check it and since he took the installation guide they couldn't fix it to be programmed either. So I had the other company to order me a thermostat like the one I had. Paid another $500. I am not made out of money so that was a big blow to my bank account!!! They told me to ask Bradford's for a refund for the other thermostat which I did. They have completely ignored my request. The thermostat was on my wall maybe 2 days!!!!! Is that any way to do a senior citizen? I want to know!!! So I can't with good conscience recommend someone that would do an old woman that way!!!!!
