In my opinion, this contractor has been dishonest and has taken every measure to avoid accountability. Our situation has been going on for over two years and we are currently hashing it out in litigation. My strong suggestion, go to the communities built by this builder and ask the owners their thoughts and opinions. Do research....on anybody and everybody associated with the purchase of your home. If I knew then what I know now!!!
