I wouldn't recommend this company for wiring speakers in an outhouse! I had an opportunity to work with them and the amount of management's incompetence and their lack of communication between labor and management was appalling! They had a huge project, they were behind on and relied on a rat weasel piece of shit named Jose Santana. He misdirected, his own crew on a daily basis! Everyday he would find ways to undermine other employees on their projects. He didn't do his job in reporting material deficiencies to Donna or Irene. He loved using passive aggression to threaten anyone who couldn't work all the overtime including weekends. If he wanted someone gone he would throw a tantrum like a 2 year old until either Donna or Irene showed up with a pink and checks. Irene, one of the "owners" was clueless to how to do the work , buying needed equipment and materials and what if any progress was being made on installing essential systems on time. Donna seemed not to give a crap and just wanted out of the job at any cost! The company doesn't seem to have anything of their own materials as the ladders, carts, power tools, and what they jokingly called "gang boxes" were all from other companies such as Morse, Mojave, Bombard, and Cogent. They were so ignorant that they relied on TWG a.k.a. Tech West ( a highly anti-union low voltage engineering firm)for parts and materials which never seemed to be right or came late.
This company is supposed to be union! The work they contract to do is supposed to use union labor! Instead, they ran union labor at 7/ 12's with a 5:30 am start to do the grunt work and non-essential add on stuff while allowing TWG to come in with temp service people at half the cost to do finish product work, terminating, testing and finish out the essential systems thus undermining the union labor!
God help anyone who is dumb enough to hire them!
