  Build a pool

  Builds the best pools in Texas. I really like the owner because of his integrity. I live in Texas Country Estates. I have to say if you are home to watch the subcontractors. If there is anything that you don't see done properly, Brad will make it right! He is up front and flexible to changes if reasonable. Highly recommended with four pool built in my subdivision allready.

  Pool, patio and fire pit

  I'd like to say up front that we're generally happy with our pool. The finished product looks great, but we've had some issues. Unfortunately the experience has been tainted for us, generally by a lack of follow-up and a disappointing approach to customer service. Let me give an example. Whilst our house in on city water, we have a well on the property. During the process we asked if we should hook the pool up to the well, or city water. Bradley's response was that well water was hard and that we should allow it near the pool. Nevertheless, his team went ahead and connected the 'auto-fill' to the well, so over time the water in the pool became increasingly hard and started to cause some issues. We approached Brad about it, when we realized what had happened and were surprised when he recommended that way pay someone else $85 to have it fixed.
  There are other examples, we've had issues with our patio, our planter and the lights in the pool and each case either nothing, or the bare minimum has been done to resolve the issues, most commonly we are left to deal with the contractor or the company in order to have the issue fixed ourselves.
  Bradley builds high-end pools. He's not cheap and he shouldn't be, but in our experience a high end pool didn't come with high end service.

  Custom Pool and Patio

  I love my pool. Brad built it 4 years ago and to this day when I call or text him he answers and helps me get stuff handled. I've seen him get bad review or 2, and just don't get it. He always answers my text or calls . He is a solid Christian man just trying to run an honest business, unfortunately we are surrounded by a bunch of entitled people wanting stuff for free. I own my own retail business and I know how that is, I also know this guy and his crews are as solid as they come. Brad's pools are awesome and worth every dime. His after the sale service has been phenomenal for my wife and I. He builds a High end pool, and has a family like attitude toward service.Keep going Brad. I appreciate you and love my pool. Thank You!

  Custom Swimming Pool

  The owner of the company is the epitome of integrity. When we ran into little problems during construction, he stepped in, guided his people and is to an always better choice.. He was flexible when we were indecisive, and helpful in all areas of the experience. He is a straight shooter that gives the good bad and ugly of construction. He knows his stuff, has a great eye for making the impossible, possible. They are kinda hard to get in with because they are a smaller boutique type firm, but if you do, you will not regret it. Bradley Signature Pools was worth waiting for. We had to wait 1 month for a design and quote. I’m glad we did. Call Bradley Signature Pools for the best Custom pool possible, for the most reasonable price. Really top notch finished product.
