Hired Brads Lawn & Landscape to do our backyard last year and have to redo most of it. Paver patio is falling apart pond has shifted and the planting berm was packed too tight to plant in. Wouldn’t return our calls. A big waste of money.

Would never recommend. Had no problem getting an estimate. Showed up in a timely manner; however, we scheduled for May 13 at 9:00 a.m.but he never showed up nor did he call. Called them to find out what was going on and they said they’d lost my number. ????? We rescheduled for the Friday following May 17, 9:00 a.m. and once again, they were a no-show and no phone call to alert me. I had cancelled several appointments on both these days to accommodate their schedule so needless to say, I was irate.
I did file a complaint with The Better Business Bureau.
Absolutely would never use again.
