They charged for a detailed estimate with the understanding it would be detailed down to the nail. What we received was slow in coming and far from being in detail. He removed things from the architects drawings without approval and didn’t quote on some on the job. Before missing an important meeting with the architect and stop returning e-mail and phone calls he offered a refund that we have not received.
