    Hired Mark Bran to do a attic rehab and from the beginning it was a bad decision the demo crew was not on schedule Mark didn't get a dumpster yet got charged for one and the for starters his crew was not dependable would show up for work late when they did show up very disorganized did not keep a clean area plus didn't have a full crew had one worker at my place his brother or another worker left garbage at my house and backyard after he stopped work because I refused to pa him a $3500 payment one after paying Mark $15000 I realized a made a big mistake hiring bran

    Bran construction-Mark has performed many projects to our Lincoln Park home. His latest project was an entire redesign of the front of our house. He tore down our existing porch and installed a beautiful new one painted and perfect.. to our specifications...it is gorgeous. He also tuckpointed and repaired the wood around our windows in the front of our house. Our house looks fantastic because of his vision and handiework. For all the projects he has completed around our home (also an improvement to our back porch and cabinetry fixes and woodwork around our house) he is nothing but professional and amazing. I should add that he cleans up "everything" when he and his workers are at my house. Extremely neat! He always lets us know the cost upfront. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Mark and his team. IThanks Mark!
