I would not recommend using Bart to anyone for electrical jobs. He did a great job for the whole home surge protector. But for the three outdoor lights, he jeopardized my home by leaving exposed wires to the elements. Instead of telling me he didn't have the right tools for the job and would need to be back in a few days, he jerry-rigged the mounting of the driveway lights leaving wires exposed. He used a screw through three, cut wire nuts to create the spacing needed to mount the lights to the wall, which left wires exposed to the elements instead of being secure in the box. What he should have done was gotten the 3.5 electrical extension boxes so that the lights would be flush mounted to the box. Now the job has to be done all over again! I would not recommend him for outdoor applications.
