Brandon and team were amazing. They built a custom gunite pool for us in Davis County. He helped us design the pool exactly how we wanted and helped us determine the ideal placement for our yard. We have a son with special needs and Brandon helped us do a custom depth on the tanning ledge that he could enjoy with his assistive equipment. The finished plaster turned out awesome. Brandon was very responsive any time we had questions or concerns. He kept us updated throughout the whole process. Packman's Pools is the best custom pool builder in Utah. No doubt in my mind. We started out with a fiberglass pool but the fiberglass manufactures were having supply chain issues due to the pandemic. Brandon was able to help us transition to a concrete or gunite pool. His team did amazing quality work and were friendly and kind. Everyone was very respectful of our home and yard. I appreciated Brandon's commitment to providing a high quality product and providing great service. We have already sent several friends his way.

After talking to a couple of pool companies, we selected Packman's Pools to build our pool. From start to finish, Brandon and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. Communication and the status of the build was excellent. Explanations and recommendations were always spot on. If you had a nightmare pool-building experience, you should have gone with Packman's Pools to build your pool!
