    Totally unprofessional and rude.
    The new a/c the owner installed broke down immediately after he installed, he refused to come back and repair. Totally ripped my off and took advantage of me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND END UP WITH BROKEN EQUIPMENT! He is rude and condescending. I will be reporting my experience with him (and his business license) to the Dept of Business Regulations. He should not be able to continue to do business and rip off customers! BEWARE!
    He has a “D” rating and is not accredited with BBB.

    I live in Europe but when the A/C died at the condo I rent out in Pompano Beach, my property manager recommended Bravo. They came the next day (a weekend) and got my tenant some relief. However, I then spent over $100 sending by overnight DHL a special notarized power of Attorney for Bravo to pull the permit for me. That was in October of 2020. I have called and written and no response. The city of Pompano Beach has no record that he ever pulled the permit for my property. I will now have to hire another contractor and send another power of attorney (notarized) just to get the permit, not to mention fees and fines for not having done it right in the first place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. There is no follow through and he ignores all my calls and emails. He sure answered my calls before he got paid, but didn’t do the permit and left me with an expensive mess to deal with.

    I had a great experience with Ivica from Bravo Air. He figured out the issue I had with heating problem, that last company I used was conniving me that my AC works but they couldn't make it blow warm. He also charged fair price. Thank you Ivica!

    I used Bravo AC just over a year ago when my AC unit crashed in the middle of the summer and I had to get a new one. He was able to get me up and running with a new unit in just over 24 hours, to this day I have not had a single issue since. I disagree with the review above, he has continued to be of great help. I would highly recommend.

    I used bravo air conditioning inc and way less than impressed. They came to my home charged me $75 to say the battery in my unit were bad and than changed them with my own batteries. When the unit continued to not work I called them back and say the problem was not fixed. He told me he would be by the following day to fix the problem not only did he not show up but he did not have the decency to call to let me know he could not make it. I waited home all day for him so what my time is not valuable. I tried for days to get in contact with his with no luck. They were also the company who installed my unit 4 years ago. So what you do not back your own units. This guy is a scam artist!!! DONT USE THEM!!!!!
