Robert contracts with Old Republic Home Protection. After having 4 contractors give their professional opinions to replace my HVAC, Robert said all it needs is a breaker switch. 2 Electricians and 2 Heating/Air Techs have agreed that the unit (built in 1964) will not work with a new breaker. Robert initially stated that the unit may have outlived it's lifespan. He did not leave an invoice so I have no proof that he made this comment. Because I believe Robert will do the least amount of work and is the least expensive, and Old Republic Home Protection doesn't want to pay for a new unit, ORHP wants to go with his service. I am almost 70 years old and gone without heat since Jan 27th because of this runaround. I'm really unhappy with Robert and ORHP.

During the worst time of the year (cold weather!) the heat option would not appear on our thermostat. I contacted our home warranty company, and after receiving confirmation of dispatch of the work order for another company, that never contacted me, nor could I reach them, Bravo Temp was given the work order. Robert was incredibly kind, professional and thorough. He was very diligent in resolving the issue and now we have heat! Very thankful for Robert and his knowledge! Thank you!!

After making a claim at Old Republic home warranty they sent out Bravo Temp inc to fix my inoperable AC. They came by and replaced my filter, filled Freon, and thawed out the pipes. Immediately after my walls started leaking. I make another claim and the pipe they supposedly thawed out was clogged and caused a leak. My base boards are blown out, my walls are bubbly, and my utility closet is covered in mold. Bravo Temp refuses to fix saying he was only asked to fix the cooling system.
