I would not recommend hiring Braxton's Construction LLC (Owned by: Rahkee Norman) for any job. There were many issues with the work he performed. This issues that topped the list are as follows. In laying a concrete patio he splashed concrete on 2 steel doors and 1 window that had to be replaced. The contractor paid for the doors and window but would not pay the $1900 for installation. The deck he installed was poorly done and according to a structural engineer 6 code violations were found. In the report from the structural engineer it was stated "It is our professional recommendation that the residence owner not allow people access to the elevated deck until the inadequate structural and code compliance items referenced above have been rectified." It cost me $5887 to repair my deck.
