I just had Braz Flooring install hardwood floors in my home 2 days ago. I haven't had any problems with the flooring, so far. The only problems I had are:
1. The only guy who could speak English and who I could communicate with came at the very end of the install to have me sign-off on the install. And, they are in an extreme rush to have you sign-off on the paperwork, so take you time in doing so. It was very frustrating.
2. I chose the option of having the men bag up the garbage and then I would put it out for the trash. What they do not tell you is that the trash disposable employees do not pick-up this type of trash, and that the customer would have to take it to the dump themselves. And...They charge you $150 to do so.
3. They are also contracted out by Lumber Liquidators. When contacting Lumber Liquidators for a quote, they send a guy from Braz Flooring to come and do the measurements, and provide a quote for their service. The customer is then responsible for going to Lumber Liquidators to get a quote for the materials. What Braz Flooring does not do, is ask you what you want as far as shoe molding, etc. When working with Lumber Liquidators on what color(s) I wanted for my home, we made changes to the shoe molding, keeping the same measurements intact. Upon ordering my materials from Lumber Liquidators, I receive an email from the buy from Braz Flooring, stating that he had seen the change and changed it back to the original. This caused such a huge mess for me and Lumber Liquidators. Let's just say I did not like the fact that Braz Flooring can go into Lumber Liquidators computer system to make changes to an order.
I have nothing to say about Lumber Liquidators, because the sales people were very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. I plan to install hardwood floors to my 3rd floor next, but plan to use a different contractor to do the install.

Braz installed a floor for me through Lumber Liquidators. In less than 6 months some of the trim starting coming up. They fixed it and it came up again. Now they refuse to return my calls. Advise you stay away from them. They do not guarantee their work. Lumber Liquidators was no help, though they put me in contact with Braz.

I had 3 contractors, I picked Braz Flooring because it was not the cheapest or most expensive and my friend recommend them. Their quote seem reasonable, as a way for you to sign on with them. And then once they get to your house they start finding things that are wrong and start charging you a lot of money to continue the project. There is 1-year warranty for installation, I emailed Braz 3 times with photos of the areas that should be fixed, I never heard back. Their workers don't give you an update at the end of the day on the progress that they've made or what they're going to approach the next day. Lucas was the one who came out to measure my place, he was so wrong in estimating the baseboards that I have 7 pieces that are unused. That's wasted money. I think their work is adequate, but I find them dishonest when my communications were ignored. They finished the job, charged me more and when there were issues that need to be addressed, you cant get them to return phone calls or emails. I do not recommend Braz
